FIT - Fashion Institute of Technology NYC Scholarship
Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at 2:28PM There are a variety of sources of financial aid, and requirements differ from program to program. In considering a student's need, an estimated family contribution (EFC) resulting from the filing of the FAFSA, as well as estimates of the Federal Pell Grant and the New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP), if the student qualifies, are deducted from the Cost of Attendance at FIT, depending upon the student's status, (i.e., commuter, dorm resident, out-of-state commuter, out-of state dorm resident, etc.) To see your Cost of Attendance (COA) please login to the FIT Portal, MyFIT and go into the online information system, you will find your Cost of Attendance under “My Overall Status of Financial Aid”.
