On the outside, in matching tones printing and spot varnish reinforce the glossy effect of &ldquo;CRISTALLI&rdquo; logo. Sea buckthorn is a deciduous, spiny shrub or tree that has a Chinese written history of use of more than 28 centuries. <br /><br />2. The genus name, Hippophae, is Latin for &ldquo;shiny horse.&rdquo; Carl Linnaeus gave it this name in 1753 after reportedly hearing that feeding the leaves and berries to horses improved their health and made their coats shiny. <br /><br />3. These bright orange berries are found high in the lofty Himalayas and are gently hand-harvested from plants that live at an altitude of 10,000 to 12,000 feet above sea level. This high altitude alters and enhances their nutrition profile. <br /><br />4. Among Tibetans and others who live in this harsh Himalayan region, many generations have turned to sea buckthorn for its healing, restorative and nutritive properties. <br /><br />5. Sea buckthorn is a viable source of vitamins A, C, E, flavonoids, minerals and omega essential fatty acids. In fact, over 190 bioactive nutrients have been found in this important fruit of the Himalayas. <br /><br />6. Sea buckthorn contains omega-3 oil, an essential fatty acid commonly found in fish, but rarely found in fruits. <br /><br />7. Omega-7 helps to improve membrane function (gastrointestinal, urinary, cardiovascular, skin and tissue hydration, enhanced skin elasticity, antioxidant and anti-aging). <br /><br />8. To magnify this momentous occasion, London-based design company Burgopak have developed their sliding packaging format to deliver the coveted FIFA World Cup 2010 event tickets, venue information and accompanying products.</p>
<p>Local to this year&rsquo;s official World Cup venue, South Africa&rsquo;s Aries Packaging approached Burgopak to use the company&rsquo;s patented slider pack design for their FIFA project. An event so integral to English culture, Burgopak&rsquo;s innovative piece of British packaging design was a perfect fit.</p>
<p>Capturing the essence of anticipation, the slider pack provides a clever and playful opening experience, creating intrigue and a sense of novelty to complement the exciting nature of receiving World Cup tickets. With the games officially now underway, the high quality format of the Burgopak design further encourages fans to retain the pack, lending itself as a keep-safe of World Cup memorabilia.</p>
<p>The design underwent a lengthy development process in collaboration with Aries Packaging before the final product was approved by FIFA. With official World Cup artwork supplied by client, the vibrant green pack features an acetate window, black foam fitments and an overall matte laminate.</p>

The international wine collection is being launched with six brands and ten items packaged in a new exciting premium 3L wine cask format, the Octavin Home Wine Bar &trade;.</p>
<p>"This is the first time a collection of super-premium, artisan wines, representing some of the world's best wine regions, has ever been offered in a premium wine cask format," notes Adam. "The wines are sourced from preeminent and emerging wine growing regions including <span class="xn-location">Monterey County</span>; California Central Coast; Marlborough, <span class="xn-location">New Zealand</span>; <span class="xn-location">Spain</span> and <span class="xn-location">Hungary</span>. I am very proud of these wines; each has been crafted by an artisan winemaker to be true to their varietal character, country of origin and unique terroir. Naturally, we start with the best grapes but then, depending on the wine, we will use oak barrel aging, or in the case of our 'racy' whites, barrel and temperature-controlled fermentation. You just do not see this kind of artisan approach to winemaking at this price point, and all of us at Underdog Wine Merchants are very pleased to be able to offer consumers distinctive wines at a very affordable price."</p>

<p>The first wine to be released in the new Octavin Home Wine Bar is Monthaven Winery Monterey County Central Coast Chardonnay. Named for its home in <span class="xn-location">Monterey County, California</span>, this wine benefits from one of the world's longest growing seasons, resulting in a "distinctive full-bodied wine with balanced acidity," says Monthaven Winery winemaker <span class="xn-person">Jeff Yamamoto</span>, who works closely with <span class="xn-person">Adam Richardson</span>. " Monthaven Chardonnay is made in <span class="xn-location">California</span>'s largest small-lot winery," notes Jeff. "This allows us to keep grapes from different micro-climates and vineyard blocks separate. The wine is carefully crafted in small lots and then barrel-aged. Adam and I selected American Oak for our Monthaven Chardonnay to assure that the fruit flavors shine through, accented by balanced oak notes and agreeable tannins."</p>
